The commercial offer of WLAN sharing offends according to a judgement of the higher regional court Cologne from 5 June 2009 (Az, published now. 6 U 223/08) against the competition law (UWG). Thus the OLG followed one on 11 November 2008 announced decision of the 33. Civil court of the regional court Cologne (Az. 33 O 210/07).
